Hurt very badly by dog attack please help!!!

Please help!!! We have a chicken and my German Shepard got ahold of it last night and it’s injured very very badly but is still alive today and ate a little earlier. I’ve sprayed blue lotion spray from the farm store and gave it some water with electrolytes and aspirin. Please help! What should I do from here? Will it be able to recover? I’m so so so worried! I havnt heard of the blue lotion spray before, try find some silver honey spray for her, that’s my go to for wounds for any animal, including myself.

She will recover don't worry I have had more injured hens then that. One was stomped on by a cow and survived.

She is fine when I pick her up she sits still and takes water out of a dropper for me. But I’m concerned because I think I can see her spine and there’s a rotten smell. I’ve never had any chickens. This one rode under our car home with us from my daughters and we’ve kept it and taken care of it for the past 4-5 months.

Okay I’m not sure where I can find it but I’ll try and get some from the farm store. This is what they recommended to me this morning.

I really hope so...I feel as if I’m letting her suffer and I don’t want that! I’m trying to do the best I can but I can’t even get the wound clean really.
