Hurting Arm and Shoulders

Well everyone, I have "Frozen Shoulder"! Going to have to have painful physical therapy for 4 weeks 2 times a week, got some medication to help with the inflammation. Hopefully p.t. will help me gain my range of motion back in my shoulder as I'm right handed. Thanks for everyone's words of encouragement.
