Hybrid quiestion

I incubated some eggs with Rhode Island Red roo and Light Sussex and Leghorn hens. 6 of the 7 hatched successfuly and they are growing up so fast. Anyone with experience can let me know how they are for laying or meat? They are not very old but already almost as big as their older moms. here is a photo. They have the typical gold/ yellow necks.

Layer breeds as parents, they are for eggs, but any chicken can be slaughtered for meat.
They are just a 'mix'.
They are not technically 'hybrid layers' like you'd buy from a hatchery, those have specific and carefully chosen parentage from 4 lines. They are not technically meat birds for the same reason.
