Hybrid sexing problem...

They are beautiful. To me most of them look like males but I would have to be around them in person to watch their behavior.
I've never seen a white mule duck before only black and dark colored ones. White ones are better for meat because they pluck clean although I've heard Muscovies are very hard to pluck so their being white might not matter if they take after the Muscovy. Unfortunately you won't get ducklings out of these birds. 99% of all mules are sterile. Once in a blue moon one is fertile but I wouldn't get my hopes up.
BTW one way to tell gender is watch their behavior with confirmed females of another breed. I have noticed that male mule ducks will court the females more like a mallard type duck does than a male Muscovy. Their language is much like a mallard duck with a quieter voice like a Muscovy. I used to have a gorgeous black mule drake and he was an even 50/50 mix between the 2 species in looks but his behavior was more duck like and he preferred hanging out with the ducks not the Muscovies and my Muscovy girls didn't care for him either.
