A peahen spalding high percentage ..... OK, but so blonde ( head ) !
I don't think it's a Black shoulder !

Are you sure that isn't just a spalding that isn't getting the right nutrition? I think someone mentioned once that green peafowl can show white feathers if they have a lack in some sort of nutrient. I know a while back one member on here posted photos of a green peahen they had that each year got more and more white feathers, similar to that bird. Also not sure if this is true or not, but evidently there have been accounts of wild green peafowl on some island that where all white and possibly some people kept family heirloom green peafowl that where all white.
