I guess my next question is, do I put baby under mama or leave it in the brooder?

You can try and give it back, I've taken chicks before to heat them up of they've been lost and chilled and then give them back

She rejected it immediately! I hope she doesn’t do this to the others! I was soo excited to watch her raise her babies.

I add babies to the nest after dark. That way they don't know what is there till morning.
