I have had bully hens and in my opinion they never stop being bullies. If you free to range with a lot of space, the bullying will be minimal. But if it you keep them in a smaller area or run, the bullying can get pretty bad. I've tried locking them up, separation, even pinless peepers and nothing changes their mean personality. Keep a cage ready for those times the bully is on a rampage, she can come out when she isn't in a position to harm the others. Good luck and welcome aboard!
