1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens?
It’s not my first rodeo caring for chickens but it is my first time having them. My friend moved to a smaller place and couldn’t take them so I adopted them
(2) How many chickens do you have right now?
I have 3 full grown hens
(3) What breeds do you have?
2 Plymouth Rock and 1 Wyandotte
(4) What are your favorite aspects of raising backyard chickens?
They are so fun to watch and then you start to see their personalities come it. We also love the eggs and sharing them with friends
(5) What are some of your other hobbies?
Cooking, reading, exploring nature, and movies!
(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share.
I’m a preschool teacher with a small family, we have 2 dogs and a cat.
7) Bonus: How did you find BYC, how long have you known about BYC, and what made you finally join our awesome community?
Asking google questions about chickens and this thread is where she pulled a lot of her info. I’m excited to hear about other peoples experiences and learn from them.
