Hey everyone!
I’m super excited to finally be part of this group. My Father -In -Law gave us 3 Jersey Giants. They’re about 2 years old.
We’ve been working on our coop for about a year now and we finished it a couple days ago.
We’ve been wanting chickens for a while now, not only for the eggs and easy yard waste clean up, but they’re super fun to watch. Hopefully my ladies will allow me to pet them once they’re comfortable.
I’m a Mom to a crazy 3 year old. We have 3 cats, 1 dog, 2 fish and now the 3 chickens! I have my hands full to say the least.
We are an outdoor family. We love to hike, camp, fish, climb, garden and go to concerts. Once my Tiny boy is old enough, we’ll introduce him to backpacking. When I was in my 20’s I was backpacking every weekend. The toughest trip was the Grand Canyon by far!
I’ve been stalking this site for quite a while and now I’m happy to be a member.
So that’s a little about me and my clan.
