So, how many female chickens and how many males do you have?
I can't figure out what your saying.

They have a covered run the 2 hen and rooster couple I have are at least a year or more and they had a baby the other bantam I have he’s a rooster but I got the other 2 hens a while one and the orphanage about 2 months ago they are still young not laying yet. I feel like they need more space but I have been letting them outside supervised. I have never seen them fight only the 2 rooster only for a second

Well, it reads like your one with the pecked ear is getting beat up. The ratio for one rooster is: He needs 10-12 females just for himself.
A Rooster will mate 10-30 times a day! So, your poor girl is being over mated, suffering and is getting pecked at bloody!
What are your plans to correct your problem?
You say you do not have enough space which sounds to be the case but you allow them to free range but, you need more females!
To clarify your verbiage, a hen is a girl chicken that is 1 year or older. Pullets are girl chickens less than 1 year old.
A Rooster is a boy chicken 1 year or older and a cockerel is a boy chicken less than a year. Having 2 grown Roosters and 3 Hens makes for a bad situation and your Orphington is suffering for it.
Remove her until she is healed and you can correct your boy to girl ratio.
Hope that helps to clarify your verbiage when we're trying to figure out what the problem is and why your one chicken is getting beat up.

Bantums are a breed.
Bantam is not a breed; it refers to the size of the bird (i.e. Cochin refers to large birds while bantam Cochin refers to the smaller variety, etc.). But I agree that there is overcrowding and likely overeating. I have a rooster and a cockerel with 15 hens, and that is enough because my birds have lots if room. The ratio of 1 rooster to 10 hens is a place to start, but it largely depends on the roosters.

OP - Let's see the ear, but it does sound like space is an issue. Pics of your setup will help us make recommendations, if you'd like.

Thanks Aunt Angus.
I made a correction to my original post about the Bantum. My bad and your correct. I can only figure that the one female is getting pecked at and harmed. Yes the OP said she'll take a picture tomorrow of the ear. I hope she can increase her female ratio or
Separate her males so the competition will cease.
I couldn't figure out the ratio that might have lead to the problem and the crowding seems to be an issue for sure.
I only keep 11 hens and 9 pullets myself. So, keeping a Rooster is unfamiliar husbandry. I just know, it can be tricky when not enough girls aren't available to him. They like a Harem. Lol

Oh - more is def better, imo, but a lot of folks keep breeding pairs/trios without issue. I'm still leery about having 2 boys with my flock, but so far, so good.
