It's possible your incubator had some cold spots and it slowed down development. Don't lose hope! Candle them and see if there is any movement. I don't remove eggs until day 25-26. Good luck!

Don't give up! Have you candled them? My three 2 week old chicks didn't pip until early day 25.

It’s a mini intelligent 9 egg incubator, yes I’ve got a digital humidity and temperature thermometer, I did today air sacs are very large, I can see movement in one egg

I’ve got my humidity now up on 70% i didn’t add humidity until day 18, i definitely can see the chick moving, when I candle them on day 18 the air sacs were small and nothing like this

Yes I’ve constantly been doing the humidity and temp has been 37.5 constantly

Try to avoid fluctuations in humidity it can impact there ease to hatch.
