I’m very confused at this chick. Please help!!!

I have a beautiful baby golden comet named Picasso. He looks like a boy everywhere but the coloration. He has a crown that is getting bigger and bigger. His spur ends are getting bigger, and his tail is different than all the others. One more sign is giant feet. Here’s a picture:

How old? Looks like a cockerel except he's the wrong color if he's a Golden Comet
