Yep there are two roosters in your pictures in either case.
So, you will likely need to rehome one or get more hens to safely have them all.

I'm not a frizzle expert, but I think the first 2 birds you picture are males. Hopefully as they mature they continue to get along together. Also, once a female's comb gets large and red it starts laying pretty soon after, so with those large combs and no eggs it makes it even more likely they are male.
