I got her at TSC, the funny thing is they did not have RIRs. I also got what I am 99% sure is a Black Star but the bin I got them out of did not have either in it so I was a bit suprised.

I got RIRs from the "Assorted Reds" bin at TSC, last year. She looks just like them.
