I am having so much trouble introducing just one of my chickens, please help!

I recently got new chickens and one of them is a silkie bantam at first I introduced all my chickens outside and the all got a long great and after awhile I put them all in the same coop the all got along great except one of the silkie bantams was getting bullied badly they where ripping out feathers for her head and back so I put her in a cage in the coop and she has been in there for around 3 weeks she started healing and she was doing very well because they couldn't get to her but two days ago I took her out of the cage we where having a hurricane and I didn't want her to get stuck just in case it flooded but nothing happened thankfully actually there weather is now beautiful but when I got back all the feathers she regrew we're gone and her head was bald and so was her back why are they still being mean to her after so long what can I do ?

Personally, I would sell her or give her away. She is not fitting in with this flock. Some birds just do not fit with a flock. It is like pushing a square peg into a round hole. And it is very miserable for the bird, in fact, a rather horrible life.
