Yeah I read that. I asked how often she cleans it’s. Once a week? Every other day? Every 2 weeks? I know if it goes without cleaning they can get ammonia burns. She said she cleaned it two days ago.
I will take her to the vet its only around the corner from me thankyou for the information. I have her in a box with a heat bag ready to goIt looks like some sort of infection. From the picture of your bird, it might be too late, but i would start with soaking the feet in warm water (about quail body temp or a couple of degrees warmer) and see if you can see any injuries. An antibacterial ointment would be next.
I don't know much about administering antibiotics, but from how sick your quail looks, it probably needs them. Do you have a vet you can call?
