I really thank everybody that has listened to me and offered support. I am clamer now and I have actually lined up a couple of places not far from here that are for rent. I will make sure BEFORE I move that it isn't a duplex and that the landlord is ok with the critters and is NOT planning to sell within the next 50 years!

Oh yeah, found a home for the Chicken Killer, about an hour away!
If he does get loose there, on his way back, he stands a good chance of being found and adopted, shot or run over, so my chickens SHOULD be safe! (from him, at least)

If you pay your rent, wait till the landlord says that you have to go. Tell him to pass this along to the drunk tenant...the next time he comes up and bangs on your door drunk, the cops are coming, or he will be on the bad end of the bat. There is no reason for any of that.

You have rights as a tenant, just as if you owned your home, dont forget that.

Nobody is saying I have to go. He just said he was going to have the landlord make me get rid of the anmals.Which I won't do!
