I have chickens from 2017. I have 6 chickens and Marcel the rooster.
What breeds do you have? Saved bio laying chickens, but next year I will get some strong old breeds. I have to look it up and where to get it. Here in Belgium it is not so simple to do so.
What are your favorite aspects of raising backyard chickens? It is so nice to live with nature and they are my garden workers too.
Other hobbies? I have horses too, but they do not have to do anything. Just be and I have a communication based on respect and kindness.
Family : no kids, husband and a lot of fury, plumed friends. Other pets: 2 cats, 2 dogs, 3 horses and the rest of natures back yard life. ;-)
We managed to have a larges plot, Belgians way.
