I put my chickens to bed around 8:30 last night as usual. went out this morning to do usual morning routine fresh water, etc. One of them was curled in the corner of the coop head tucked not moving. Quickly ran around to the other door nearest. Reached in and shook her talking to her. ZERO response. Didn't move or lift her head. There was a breeze but I couldn't tell for sure if she was breathing but didn't move no matter what I did. I shut the door and went to prepare my cage to put her in alone or to dispose if she was really dead which is what it seemed. She was limp. Went back outside ten minutes later and the corner was empty. She was up running around with the others cackling and acting completely normal. This has never happened to me before. What the heck is going on??
. Have I lost my mind? This is not my first flock.
