I agree.

In the meantime its the learning curve for new stuff that tends to frustrate people. No matter what platform was picked it was going to be the same reaction. We have seen it with every transition BYC has made to improve the forum and keep it current.

Forget how your old BlackBerry once worked. The company now issues Droids and iPhones. Time marches on. Change has come to BYC.

Just thought I'd through my two cents and thumbs up in here - I quit browsing the old site because I felt it was antiquated and slow. I just happened back on a week or so ago and was totally blown away! This new format is slick, pretty and user friendly. I don't know of any other site that allows so much member input. I for one love it!

Without this change BYC would have been no more. I believe this is the 5th major change for BYC.

LEarning new things is hard for me. But I make the effort to click around and see what happens. It can't blow up. The first few times was very difficult visually, like drving a car the first time I see everything and get mentally overloaded. With each visit I learn something new. And I've learned enough about navigating the new way to be comfortable again.

Like all major software changes, it comes with glitches. ANd it takes time for the glitches to be ironed out. It's hard on both the users and the fixers.

I love BYC and will continue to struggle with the new platform until I know it so well it's no longer a struggle. It's already getting easier!!

I do not care for the new site,i'am not on it as much as i was on the old one.might be a good thing.i was always getting new ideas.and my husband comment was here we go again.you need to stay off that site.and leave things alone.but he has been so patient and very understanding.he loves our three girls as much as i do.i here him sweet talking them when he's down at the coop and run.
