Jax and Kane would enjoy some playmates and I think I speak for all the dogs when I say I know they will enjoy the pigeons.

Upon hearing about weather last evening I went & hunted long johns

I really hate the cold . As hot as it was this summer I miss it. It also seems the fall didn't last long enough either

When you have to put on your sweats & long johns to go do the coops ya know it is to darn cold & you are getting to old for this

. I wonder do the chickens need long johns or is their down coats enough ??

okay folks... its snowing out right now! (big sigh).

my dear hen had to come in the house. shes picked on horribly by the others. even the drake duck started attacking her. (another sigh)
I had many threads on her. she should probably be a house chicken and thats that.

husband walked in from work. took a look at her in the cage, shook his head. he then said "whats next, chicken diapers?"

he doesnt know they exist.!!
