I am sick of broodies!

I am so sick of my broody hens! First I had a buff orp. go broody, failed to hatch a single egg, killed 2 as they were hatching and when I gave her chicks, after a week she killed every single one of them

. Then I recently had a duck go broody, and she also failed to hatch a single egg, nothing, not even one chick, I candled the eggs, and not one was clear! She could have had a 100% hatch

! I deffiently like my incubators much more then broodies

Don't allow the hen to go broody again if you can.

When I was little, if a hen killed chicks, she didn't ever stop.
