I am so confused re: humidity

Is there a humidity chart somewhere? Something that says what the humidity should be while incubating and on what day? Does breed of chicken matter?

Breed of chicken doesn't matter ..

Humidity should be running in the 40 to 50% range the first 18 days...

Last 3 I keep mine between 60 to 70% range....
