I am " the dog"

My point is not even to go and help a deer, a fawn, a whatever. My point is: don't waste your life hating the fawn. The fawn did not kill the mother, a disease that kills animals caused by pests killed the mother and the mother could have snagged the pest during ANY walk, anytime, in any area where ticks are known to be.

Why agonize over the whole deer thing when the deer did not do the damage? That is simply a waste of a life. I am sure if there is an afterlife that the mother does not see this as productive from where ever she is. And the mother is most certainly not the first and will surely not be the last person to ever foster a wild animal! (Still besides the point, this is about a tick, NOT a deer)

We foster our domestic animals when they become orphaned or their mothers reject them. It's just something that some humans do, it's just the risk we take from being alive and having a heart. Also, how do we know for certain that the doe didn't just hide the baby in the grass and hope for the best when the guy's mother happened on to the fawn, just as a deer would do if any predator approached? (Still besides the point)
