That's what the law was for, to make them only available for eating. I am also in WA and i'm just not even goign to worry about it. I think it's ridiculous and they went WAY overboard on the whole thing. They should handle them where there's an overpopulation and not bother everyone else, including private owners.

The regulation is on Hold. They are not enforcing it. They are in the process of revising the revisions & will be opening it up for a short time for comments. Dr. Allen hopes to have the revisions posted for comment in about 4 months.
