My White one

My black one

My blue one
The Pictures seem a bit mixed up not sure why but you should be able to match by color. The are a little over 4 weeks old. The white one does not mind being picked up, however the other two go ballistic. I handle them 3 and 4 times a day as with all the chicks of different kinds that are in with them. They know my voice and that means treat time. They are in my bedroom closet. I am hoping if I have a roo it is only one. I appreciate any help you can give me. Thank you so much.

Of course it's way to soon to determine gender on your silkies but I'm going to say both are pullets right now. Why don't you post a picture in about a month and we can look again.

with silkies it can take quite a while to tell gender on and these babies are just a little to young to tell for sure. if one is bigger than the other there is a good chance that the larger one is a cockerel but if they are the same size then they will probably be the same gender. repost when they get 12-15 weeks of age

Thank you. I read somewhere that it helped if they were around 4 weeks it is better. There are three total, white, blue and black. I hope all three are pullets. I bought these at a farm store and they were in a straight run. The white one looked like a blown up balloon and very short but had a round tuft on top of head. It took me 20 minutes to choose it. It was such an odd looking one that I thought no one else would choose it. The farm store people just put the other two in a box for me I really didn't get to much of a choice as many people there. I went back a couple days later for the white one. It is turning out quite pretty. Thank you so much and I will try back in a month.
