I arrived at last!

We've kept our turkeys in our community pen for years. It houses chickens, turkeys, ducks, geese, and pigeons. However, we've always introduced the turkeys when they're still quite small. Once they've reached adult size the chickens treat the toms like they were roosters, following them around etc. The toms treat the chickens like female turkeys, being protective etc. That said, turkeys can be aggressive so be cautious.

Hello and welcome to BYC! :frow

It's best to house different species in their own quarters, they all have different feed and housing requirements along with carrying diseases than can be lethal to the other.

Welcome to our community!
