I bantie baby not doing so well

I got 50 chicks yesterday and 1 BT Buff Japanese is not doing so well if he gets knocked down he can't get back up and just seems weak. I have had him in my "field Incubator" today and just dipped his beak in the water again but he just lays there the other 2 like him are up and moving. I was surprised he made it through the night I was fussing over him last night too. What should I try this is first time with banties and first time having a problem with a chick?

have kept him with me and diping beak in water. Gave some karo syrup al little while ago. Tried putting back with the others and they jsut run all over him

hm =\\ I dont know what could be wrong. Maybe try seperating it with a few of the smaller chicks or a few chicks that are tame and see if it does any better...

I stayed on the couch with him last night (and so I could breath, cold) but he did not make it
