I believe I have my first broody hen!!!!

My DD11 always wants to collect the eggs and for the past few days she has said Charlotte has been hissing and pecking at her when she tries to get them.
SOOO today I am home alone and went collecting (DD11 back to school YAHHHH!!!!) and there she is sitting on 4 eggs and I went to get them and she pecked and hissed at me. lol so I took 2 and left her 2 to sit on. So we will see what happens!!!!

I marked and dated them so will keep track of them and tell DD to leave those to with Charlotte....

Congrats....My DD 13 is PRAYING hers will go broody....she still needs to wait for them to start laying!
