I bought her of a raod side stand WHAT IS SHE?

I got her a few months ago from a roadside stand along with the one below can anyone tell me what they are?
he said they were both hens but only the top one has layed so far.

They both look like hens and they both look mixed.
The bottom one looks mixed with production red.

Also the top one has some wheaten coloring mixed in.

Yup, they both look like barnyard mixes -- often some of the hardiest birds are mixes. Both are beautiful!

I agree the picture doesn't do any justice either. She is sooooo skidish though. Anyone have thoughts on what I should breed her with?

A Rhode Island Red rooster would probably be good if you want to produce hens that are good brown egg layers. The hen in the bottom picture certainly has some Rhode Island Red in her family tree, and the other hen may have a little also.
