I built it myself

Same, same here... hanging 5 gallon feeder inside the hen house to keep it clean and dry. 5 gallon water dispenser outside and the scratch and kitchen scraps are outside in one location. At least my birds seem to get the difference but they prefer to get let out each morning to hit the grass a running and free range.

I love it...you did a great job. How long have the new ones been in the coop after coming out of the brooder? they may just be getting used to their new surroundings.

love it

I keep my feed inside in an autofeeder I made... holds about 70 lbs of feed and a 2 gallon waterer. We are still building the fence so the birds are still indoors as yet (they aren't really old enough in our climate yet anyway... I will keep the feed indoors and add an outside waterer when the time comes.

Huge pat on the back for a job well done!!!

Great work good and sturdy as well as safe for your girls.

I feed in and out right now in Texas the weather is always windy at the drop of a hat so on windy days they are inside (funny thing is they stay in there I don't need to lock them in) so I feed inside and I have water in both the coop and the run.
On nice warm days (no rain or wind) they get fed outside as for them being affraid to go out mine were as well just give them time they are not used to having so much room remember they have been in shipping box then a cage then a brooder with a little more room then you throw them out into a big world with so much room they don't know what is out there big scary hand is big scary person now.
Feed them treats in the runn and call them when you do it from the outside that way they know big scary person is cool they give us good things to eat and before you know it they will be meeting you at the gate saying hello where is the goodies lol.

Just give them time and good luck to you.
