I call it... Super chicken

Fry bacon and dice, cut chicken breast into strips and fry, put in baking pan, put diced bacon on top, cover with mozzarella cheese and your favorite BBQ sauce and bake. It has to be close to the worst thing health wise but it is good. I can eat a whole pan myself.

I can see this dish cooked with baked beans - in the same pan even. Sounds yummy!

I save all my bacon grease and lard left overs in the same jar so its a mix of everything.
