She loves our chooks! Perhaps a little too much, bless her. I heard her say to a chook the other day "come to mummy for a cuddle" - lol
I took these pics today (without her knowing) Singing to the chook in the first photo.
here she is holding two at once;
and this naughty chook decided to come in the house and look for a tasty treat in the kitchen.
I don't have photos, but a few days ago my 2 year old son was asleep, having his afternoon nap. I heard him cry out, and then scream. I went down to his room and he was standing beside his bed and pointing. A chook had come in the back door, sauntered off down the hall way and hopped into bed with him.
We have so got to get into the habit of closing the screen door behind us now. I can't believe how bold they are. I chase them out the house at least 5 times a day.
