I can’t tell what’s wrong with my hen

Did you figure out where the bloody stool came from though? If you have Corid or can pick some up, I'd put them all on it, her included. 2 teaspoons per gallon of water for the liquid or 1 and a half teaspoons of the powder per gallon.
I did not. I just cleaned the coop and will be looking for anymore. She is separated as of now. I’ll keep watching for it. I put all of them on Corid today too. Do you recommend 5 days?

It can't be coccidiosis because it can't really infect adult birds.
That’s not accurate. I’ve had an adult hen die because of it. It’s common bacteria in soil but an adult bird moved to new soil with a different strain it hasn’t built up resistance to can definitely get an overgrowth that can cause serious problems. If the bird is already injured or ill as mine was it can kill them.

Yes, I'd put them all on it as it won't hurt them. Don't give any vitamins or vitamin water that has Thiamine (B1) in it while you're treating them.

We've given it a couple of times to ours and five days was enough. I've heard of tougher strains though that took doing it twice, so just see what you think after the first five.

Adults can get coccidiosis but I don't think she has that. Green is sometimes indicative of emaciation if she hasn't been eating.

What you describe in how she's acting sounds like egg issues. I would be on the safe side and give her a calcium pill. 300mg of Calcium Citrate is the best, but a Tums broken up works too, just not quite as well. Just give one per day, and you can give for a few days. This will cause contractions and help her expel the egg or parts thereof.
She just pooped and it was brown. A little more solid. I still plan on giving her calcium, but she also just started eating too. Is there anything else I should be looking out for?

Since she's pooping like that, I doubt she's eggbound, but neither the Corid nor the Calcium will hurt, and one or both might help.

Glad she's eating! That's a good sign!

Had you checked her over good for mites or lice?

How about deworming them ever or lately? That's something to consider if these two things don't work.

So I deworm every three months. And I’ve checked her in multiple spots. I don’t see any mites or lice, but I plan to check the coop again just to double check.

She’s still puffed up, but not as hunched over
At this point, I'm not sure if either coccidiosis or eggbound is the problem but I'd do both Corid and Calcium to be sure to cover in case it is one or both. Someone pooped blood in your coop, so I'd be treating them with Corid regardless.

Sorry. I'm just basing this off what I've heard and I have no experience and was just trying to help.
