I can’t tell what’s wrong with my hen

My hen is going on a year old and I found her trying to keep up with the flock, but constantly sitting. She’s still moving around some but not forging. I gave her an Epson salt bath and searched for an egg, but I do not see or feel one. She has a penguin like walk and is standing hunched over. Do we think she’s egg bound? Is this egg yolk peritonitis? Coccidosis? Any help feedback and treatment advice is helpful. She’s such a sweet girl and I’m so worried.

Inside of our coop, I found a bloody stool. All my other chickens are acting fine. I have yet to see her poop. I am assuming it was hers.
I agree, I'd get the Extra Calcium into her asap. Give for 5days, see if she expels an egg or lash material. Work on hydration and see if she will eat some mushy feed.
You can make the mushy feed with the Corid water if you wish, it won't hurt. Treating for Coccidiosis won't hurt if you've already started treatment.

Any lice/mites?
Is her crop emptying?

It can't be coccidiosis because it can't really infect adult birds. When was the last time she laid an egg? Have you checked for mites? Are there any kind of worms in her poop?
@Wyorp Rock
Coccidiosis can affect birds at almost any age.
