I cannot figure out which issue/s to treat

Hen is about 2 y.o. A couple of months ago I bathed her dirty bottom and found maggots below her vent. They all washed off and I treated her sores with Chlorhexidine and rinses or baths every day until the sores healed. Ever since, she's been squirting watery poop. I gave her Ivermectin, twice. Still watery poops but she was eating, energetic. No eggs. I was waiting a bit to treat with Safeguard. But NOW for the past two days that I'm aware, her crop is gurgling, she's not eating. I'm not sure if the crop was impacted or sour. I don't smell anything disgusting. She was moving her neck around in an abnormal way. She stands only. Pooping yellow now. I massaged her crop a couple of times and she vomited mostly liquid but yesterday I massaged it a little more and tipped her upside down and seeds and water came out. She drank ACV water. I gave her Safeguard last night but she gurgled/vomited that right up afterwards. I am prepared to give her monistat today but anticipate that she will vomit it right back up. I offered her scrambled eggs with oil and yogurt last night but she wasnt' interested. I haven't tried force feeding. Not sure what to do from here. Keep tipping her upside down to vomit? Feed her? My birds always have poopy feathers. No bird vets in my area. I'm afraid she's going to starve to death. Maybe she got dry grass or grass stickers in her crop?

Also, I'm thinking I'll keep water away, put some monistat down her throat, Safegard again since she spit it up after giving it last night. Hold off on the water for a couple of more hours, then give her water and offer food again? I took the water away a few hours ago when she had soiled it and never put it back.

Does she lay eggs?

Sounds like she may have an impacted crop, could be sour.
Often a crop problem is a symptom of an underlying condition like worms, coccidiosis, reproductive disorders, infection, etc.

Treat the crop symptoms according to the article linked below.

She may have more going on since she suffered from FlyStrike previously, but hard to know.

She has not laid all this season, unless she is the one who laid one soft-shelled egg and then quit. (I thought that would have been one of my older hens.) Two others are not laying either, one of which has bumblefoot that I just got antibiotics for so I'm not surprised there but then I have another hen who should be laying and is not. She has dirty butt too and so I'm assuming worms but I have not seen any. I just got the Safeguard for them all. I treated them all with Ivermectin a couple of months ago. I don't see any leg mites, etc. They were all acting happy until this one got sick a few days ago.
She is pooping btw.
I will read the article now. Thank you.

I've read the article (multiple times and more during the past two days.) I still do not have a grasp on which condition it is, if not neither or both! She does not have a tennis ball sized crop. I don't really feel anything in it. When I massage it, she throws up the watery drool and I tip her to keep her from aspirating. That's about as far as I've been able to go except yesterday morning I massaged her a bit and tipped her and some food came out as well as the watery liquid (she had been drinking water and acv.) I attempted to give the Safegard and moments later she regurgitated all over my lap. Liquid. I offered food because I'm concerned about her not eating for at least two days!
I guess I will go feel her crop some more and try to make the determination. The only other things I can think of is she stands constantly, lethargic, twists her neck a bit.
She's pooping. I don't smell anything disgusting from her mouth.

A couple more things:
She acts like she wants to eat but when she bends down to get to the mush I've made her, she gurgles and then pulls her head back up before she spews liquid.
Also, she has lost a bunch of feathers since this started (maybe before then) , including her tail feathers (not all of them, yet.)

Is it possible that she is suffering from an internal infection due to the flystrike? Perhaps it's not intestinal worms or a crop issue, but rather the flystrike caused damage to her internal organs, specifically the digestive tract, and now she has a secondary infection.

The gurgling and inability to eat could be signs that she has, indeed, aspirated liquids at some point. Tipping the bird head-down can actually cause aspiration.

It might be a good idea to stop the ACV and any other medicines/wormers until you have a better grasp of what's happening. Try one thing at a time. Throwing too many treatments at her at once could make things worse.

Have you attempted to give a concentrated vitamin supplement such as NutriDrench or Poultry Cell?

I think water is more important than food at this point, so I would not withhold water from her. You could try making an electrolyte solution and see if you can slowly syringe some into the RIGHT side of her beak (your left if you are facing the bird) to avoid further aspiration:

1c warm water
1 tsp sugar
1/8 tsp baking soda
1/8 tsp salt

Perhaps using a syringe to give some egg yolk as well.

If the crop is impacted, the only treatment I know of is cold coconut oil chunks or use a syringe with vegetable or olive oil and crop massage - trying to massage the contents DOWN through the digestive tract, NOT up and out of the beak.

**I'm no expert, I'm just going through the things that would cross my mind if it were my bird. Hopefully Wyorp or one of the others will chime in with more/better info.

Treat as Sour and Impacted.

I guess anything is possible but when she had the flystrike, I saw sores with maggots BELOW her vent, not coming out of the vent. Perhaps there was something inside that I cannot see.
I gave her miconazole yesterday morning, she ate and drank nothing all day to my knowledge, then last night I gave her a few drops of plain water at a time and let her swallow that. I could hear her gurgling still and she appeared weak. I gave her a dose of Safeguard and went to bed praying that she'd either be getting better or dead when I woke up in the morning because it's so stressful!
I left her plain water and oily food outside of the cage door, left the door open so she could get to it. This morning I woke up to her standing on the bathroom counter. I offered her water and she took it. I offered her chick starter with oil and she refused. I offered her yogurt and she refused. I made her a hard-boiled egg and she took some! Now she is lying down in the cage instead of standing. I feel hopeful. I don't notice the gurgling so far. I will massage her crop downward today, give her another dose of miconazole, and pray that she continues to improve. Oh, and I will look into vitamins.
