I cant believe its been a year!!

Well hello ladies. I never thought I would be here. We have been trying for over a year and finally went to an RE. This was our first cycle with Clomid and IUI and I got a BFP today 12 days post Ovulation. I'm still in disbelief.

I'm still here, still preggo, still HUGE. Only 5 DAYS until my due date! Had to go off the BP meds, late last week. They were making me feel like a zombie and extremely lightheaded while standing. OB said to monitor my BP over the weekend and as long as the bottom # stayed below 90 (it stayed in the upper 70s to low 80s) I would be fine. I have an appointment today, it'll be interesting to see what the plan will be... let me go until my due date, or induction this week.

Sorry for all the acronyms ladies. Hanging on ttc (trying to conceive) boards for too long.

BFP is a Big Fat Positive.

Going to the RE tomorrow. They want to do a urine test. Then they will probably do a beta. I have absolutely no symptoms. None. I guess that and the fact we have been trying for over a year is the reason I'm still in disbelief.

When did you guys all tell your families that you were pregnant? We are trying to figure out when to tell our parents.

I have my first Appt today! It has to be "medically Confirmed" I guess 3 positive HPTs arent enough of a confirmation...
