And LOL, my aunt said something about "doesnt she know to take 6mths off from doing the deed after a baby!" when she found out I was expecting my second son.My oldest was 12 weeks when I got preggo again and my due date for #2 was on #1's first birthday;) i cant wait to hear what she says now that it has happened again!

She's likely to ask why you didn't learn from your mistake the first time.

It cracks me up when people stick their noses in places they shouldn't be! I guess the breastfeeding form of birth control doesn't work for you. LOL. I have a friend with a 5 month old and she's convinced she's not going to get pregnant again b/c she's breastfeeding...I keep telling her to watch out!

So what made you suspect being pregnant again enough to take a test? Just curious...

I was actually on the BCpill also LOL, so neither worked for me! Add in my previous infertility issues and it is one big "HOW DID THAT HAPPEN!" Even my OB is mystified!

I tested bc I havent been feeling good for about 2 week, very tired and just blah.My dh went and made a joke about people getting preggers on the pill and I thought he was being dumb, then he was like "Really, you seem pregnant."
So i blew him off until 2 days ago when I was making dinner and i got a wiff of ketchup and it smelled good...I hate ketchup with a passion and cant stand it o for it to smell good sent alarm bells off in my head.i rushed out and got a test then tested yesterday morning.
The line is so dark it took the color right out of the horizontal line on the test.
 
Mandalina congrats....I saw your other thread.

I also get tired of the comments.....you need a bigger house (my house is just fine thank you!!!), are you getting a bus ( NO!!!), you need to get fixed ( I am not broken), you have your hands full.....(my kids are good kids!)......yadda....yadda...... If there is another baby no one will know until I go into labor!!!!!
 
just tell them that your reproductive system is none of their business and neither is your sex life, but if they want to share details of theirs to go ahead.
 
Hello everyone, I'm back. Well, I'm home anyway... Ethan is in the NICU.

He's been there since the morning after his birth because he can't keep his blood sugar levels up high enough. Seems I might have had GD, even after testing negative, or have been borderline enough that it affected him. Anyway, he was born on 4/26 at 5:48 p.m. It was a long labor (he did not want to evacuate his comfy home) but it wasn't a bad labor, or delivery, considering he was... ready for this?... 9lbs 15oz, 22 inches long!

Oh he's beautiful! Congratulations! I hope he will get to come home soon.

I was at the doctor yesterday-my blood pressure was up, and so was my sugar

Now I have to watch my salt AND my sugar! He put me on a 2000 calorie diet-how do you count calories when you make all of your own food?
