In the first five pages of this thread, everyone except @BYC Project Manager and @sourland have their year banners.

And on the last five pages, everyone but @BYC Project Manager , @1muttsfan, @sourland, and @Sally Sunshine have them.

Pages 10-15, all but @BYC Project Manager, @Ridgerunner, @dawg53 are there.

I'm fairly sure that they disappeared today. The forum software has a "user criteria" system, which basically consists of various criteria that can be used to trigger actions, such as award a user a trophy, or add them to a user group. We have an add-on installed which adds additional criteria, and some of the trophies that we recently tried to configure are wholly dependant on those extra criteria. Unfortunately that add-on started causing a lot of errors after I configured some trophies today, so it was disabled. I think the group promotions that are used to control the banners were also somewhat dependent on that add-on, as it provided the criteria "User has been registered for no more than X days", which was used to keep members from having multiple banners at once. Hopefully we'll be able to figure out what's wrong with the add-on and get it fixed, so we can re-enable it.

I'm not totally sure. I'd expect the lack of the additional criteria to manifest as multiple banners being awarded to each user, however the fact that those group promotions had additional criteria is still stored in the database, even though the add-on is disabled, so perhaps the system has responded by determining users as not meeting the criteria in cases where additional criteria have been set, but are unusable / inaccessible because the add-on is disabled. However it'd be difficult to know for sure without examining the database, I'm not that familiar with the structure of it, LOL.
