My hens go throught that too ! Not much you can do until she wants to lay an egg! By the way how old are they ? are they moulting? has the weather change? thats what I go through. I get real excited when she lays an egg !! You can buy some fake easter eggs , that will encourage her to lay.

I see you are in PA, do you have Amish around you? They always have roosters so their eggs are fertile and not in the fridge. You can probably buy them for 2$ a dozen. Just a thought.

I live in Florida and my flock actually laid 0-2 eggs a day from 16 hens daily for 3 months! They have just started picking up a few weeks ago. It will come!

OMG this is so funny! They must have read my mind and heard me threatining to buy eggs because I got 1 egg this morning!!! YIPPEE And yes it will be going into my incubator even if it is by itself. But I am going to wait a few days to see if I can get at least 5 or 6.
