I Can't Stop Myself (Warning: This Post Contains Cute Beyond Belief!)

I can't stop myself from watching and taking pictures - the babies arrived yesterday at 5:10 a.m and were in the brooder at 5:20. I was so overwhelmed by all of the stripes, solids, orange dots and blue dots that I put all of them in one brooder. I am raising 8 chicks and two ducks for my friend - she would like organic - so we sorted once she got here.

No DOA's but the chantecler and Dom were questionable - now the chanty is kareening around the brooder while the Dom still struggles. She is just so tiny.

So anyway - without further adue. What I have been waiting for since November.

She is wet b/c her eye was sticky and shut ...she has had sugar water and poultry drench, a bit of yogurt - but I am afraid for her. She is in the ICU now

Aaaw, those pics are great! I hope your Dom pulls through... I just got some red Chanteclers from Ideal. Very cute! (But aren't they all?)
