I didn't mean just a few. More like ten or so,and not leave it in someone's yard. I dont want to kill a raccoon for just doing what's in his nature , so I will relocate it, legal or not. The place I take them is a pond, which fish in it. So they might be more tempted to stay there. Who knows...
