I could be over reacting but is this normal?

This little goofy girl has been squeeking all day as if she's sneez squeaking. It sometimes came in fits. I mean she's older and clucking these days so beeping noises from her are odd...... only thing I can think is she got stung by a bee after she swallowed it a couple days ago. I couldn't get it from he fast enough. She swallowed it down then started shaking her head crazy like and fluffing up her neck feathers. Any one ever had a chicken that started sneezing?

Would it be possible to post a video?

Chickens do sneeze, and it is pretty similar to the way humans do it, so this may be something else.

It sounds like stridor. That is when something gets stuck in their throat, like straw or something, and their breathing gets affected. Get the video up if you can, or you can go look up stridor in chickens and see if it matches.

Well today there had been no squeaks so I can't get a video. She did eat a bee and I'm sure got stung by her reaction. So maybe it was irratated

It sounds like she is back to normal so that is good. Sneezing sounds very different from stridor. Sneezing may occur with getting something irritating into her nostrils, such as an environmental irritant, as well as symptoms of a virus such as infectious bronchitis.
