I am hatching my Pilgrim's eggs in an incubator, as she just couldn't sit still long enough. Yesterday (day 30) two adorable little goslings hatched! They are cute and noisy and seem very healthy. The other two eggs have movement, but no internal or external pip. I made a little hole in the shell at the top of the air cell and jacked up the humidity even more, still no internal pip. The membrane seems very thick and dry. There is movement though, and they were set at the same time.
I don't want to hurt them if they need more time, and I don't want to let them suffocate if they need help...
So distressing. I'm just not sure what to do.

Does anyone have any advice?

You should not raise the humidity until the goslings have internally piped and then externally piped. After that is when you should turn the humidity up. Turning it up too quickly can cause too much moisture and drowned the gosling(s). Go to the Gosling Hatching Guide.
