Well, I am still watching two eggs that I know had veins at one point but they are very dark so i can't see them very well and I see NO movement in them whatsoever.. But, I have 6 very active embryos left since i had to throw away 3 more blood rings today.. I had been watching them for the last few days because I just couldn't tell.. But, I cracked them open and it seems they died the same time the others did so it's nothing that happened with the bulb and temp variations the other day.. WHEW!!! I'm not sure why but three of the good eggs are *very* dark.. I am attaching video below so you can see what I mean.. I had two that were so dark nothing even showed up on the video but the third one you can at least see *something* on the video.. I can see all three of them but I have to move the light around and watch very closely.. They do have movement though! But, here are the videos.. Even DH, who really hasn't gotten into all this very much thought it was really neat to see them moving... Are they supposed to get this dark this soon??????

I am down to 8 right now and two of those I'm not sure about because they are very dark inside and I couldn't see any movement.. The other 6 are really active.. So.......

Not a great hatch rate but just like with you, with the humidity and temp problems that I had in the beginning, I will be happy if one or two hatch... As long as they are pullets

Now you watch... The remaining 8 will hatch and they will be all roos... that's my luck...
