Thanks everyone for the advice and encouragement for getting my chicks now instead of waiting until Spring. They will ship next Wednesday so I have some things to do and questions to ask I am sure.

Here is my order:

Rhode Island Red 2
Speckled Sussex 1
Barred Rock 2
Ameraucanas 1 $
Silver Laced Wyandotte 1
Golden Laced Cochin 1

I ordered a few more than the 6 that I wanted because of the $20.00 minimum but I did have fun picking them out. I guess I could have bought a book or something lol They said they may not have the speckled sussix so I told them to give me another BO if they don't.

What do you think?

Nice breeds. I have all of them except for the Cochin, although I do have three pullets whose sire was a Cochin/Silkie cross.
