I did not know that I should have slowly switched from chick starter (medicated) to a non medicated feed. Will that hurt my hens? I am now feeding grower feed.

No. I don't think it will hurt them. It might give them a upset stomach, but thats it.

They should be OK.
Just FYI, however, any time an animal is on a ration as opposed to a varied diet, it's always best practice to switch to a new ration slowly.

So when I switch them from grower to layer I should mix the 2 feeds for awhile?

we use a 75/25 mix for a week then 50/50 then 25/75
