I didn’t even know they’d started laying!!

I have 2 hens about 8 months old. I just added 25 pullets 2 months old to the coop + an automatic door opener. After I added the door opener I’d just go out after dark & check inside the coop to be sure everyone was in.

Yesterday I actually checked inside the coop during the day & had 3 (!) nests with eggs! Now I get a steady 2 eggs per day.
