Did you take a reading of the temperature the lamp provided? Can you upload a picture of your setup?

No ducks and I'm using a lamp over it for heat
Most (not all) breeds of ducks take 28 days of incubation to hatch and lockdown for ducks is usually day 25, not 21. But, like I said there are breeds that are earlier and some that go later. It depends what your temps are wether the lamp is efficient and what you are going to do for humidity when and if they do hatch as to what your chances are.
