I didn't plan on this w/ PIC

Today i get a phone call from my brother, and he said that one of his friends in arizona was supposed to get chickens but instead they got shipped to the billing address here in alabama

, so his mom had nowhere to keep them and low and behold i now have somewhere around 26 chickens downstairs

'. And i have another shipment of 25 chickens coming in next week and then i have guineas coming the week after that. i am going to be packed till these are 8wks. They are Mcmurray Fly Tyer's Special and the lady said that they are all males but they say its a straight run?

One last thing i have already shown them where the water and they all drank but do i need to wipe all of their bottoms or just the ones with poo on it?

Oh my gosh!! That's a lot of chicks to take care of! You don't have to wipe any bottoms, except the ones with poo stuck on there that seem to be clogging up the works. You do have to watch pasty butt pretty carefully because it doesn't take long for one to die if they get plugged up. Best of luck with you house full of chicks!!
